1.	Where can I buy iGo?
	We have resellers carrying the iGo country wide and you can view the physical iGo there. If they don't carry them, ask for it there. Alternatively, you can buy the iGo online and securely at http://www.raindesigninc.com/buy.html.

 

2.	How is iGo shipped?
	iGo is flat-packed for easy assembly and lower transportation cost. Assembly is required. 3.	How long does it take to assemble iGo?
	It takes about 40 minutes to assemble the iGo. (The same time as the usual knocked-down furniture).

 

4.	Can iGo take the weight of my iMac?
	Yes. In fact iGo is designed to be more than strong enough to take the weight of iMac. The legs of iGo are made of solid steel to provide maximum sturdiness. (The reason why iGo weighs 36lbs!)

 

5.	Does iGo come in any other colors?
	At the moment, iGo's dome is designed to match iMac's white and clear plastic. In future, we are also looking into producing a blue transparent version (like the old iMac), in place of the clear plastic.

 

6.	How do I clean iGo?
	Please use only a soft cloth to clean iGo's steel legs to maintain its high quality chrome surface. Similarly, only use a soft cloth to wipe the clear plastic dome to prevent scratches.

 

7.	What happens if the product arrives damaged due to shipping?
	You have to let us know that it arrived damaged within 3 days of receiving the product.

 

8.	Can the left handed use the iGo?
	The keyboard panel of the iGo is designed to be 'flippable' and catered for both right and left handed people. The orientation of the keyboard panel can be changed anytime, although only 1 orientation is available at any one time.

 

9.	How can I get replacement parts?
	You can ask for replacement parts (e.g. iGo bulb) via email. We will then give you a shipping and price quote.

 

10.	Is the iGo compatible with the latest 20" iMac?
	Definitely! The iGo is compatible with 15", 17" and 20" iMacs.

 

11.	How do I become a reseller?
	You can become a reseller by applying for our Reseller Program. There are no sign-up fees or charges to participate in the program.
